IntelliBED Return Policy: You must use Protect-UR-Gel mattress protector that came with the product.  Product must be returned in original packing materials, and must be free from stains and odor, including cigarette smoke.  You must call 1-888-435-2339  and get an Return Authorization Number before returning any product.
